Incredible Stay at Secrets Cap Cana
The Stay
We had an incredible stay at Secrets Cap Cana. The resort is located on a beautiful beach in a very nice area. The resort is amazing. It was the cleanest resort we have ever stayed at. The precautions set in place for social distancing and sanitization were perfect. The food was excellent, so many options at all of the restaurants and everything was high quality.
The Staff
The best part of the trip was the staff. They went above and beyond to help us have an amazing trip. Our concierge Luis (and Manual filled in while Luis was off) were super attentive and helpful throughout the trip. The staff at the restaurants were incredible, especially Omar and Carlos. The entertainment staff was great. La Diva, The Cat, Big Boy and Mr. Cappuccino definitely helped with the fun factor of the trip.Maria and Vanessa working the beach service were the best, so friendly and always there to help. They remembered our preferred drink orders and constantly brought cold water throughout the day. They were great.

Definitely recommend this resort. It's 10's all around.
